Sofia Nouri is a Talent Management expert with over 25 years of experience in international and multicultural environments.
After completing higher education in Business, specializing in Communication and Marketing, followed by a Master’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, she began her career with the group ACCOR in France.
Upon returning to Morocco in 2004 , she joined Atlas Hospitality Hotels & Resorts as Marketing Manager, before joining the North Africa leadership team of the group Roche as Events & Marketing Manager.
In 2007 , she continued her career at Atento (a Telefónica subsidiary) as Communication & HR Development Manager, where she implemented internal communication tools and led several strategic HR projects: recruitment, performance evaluation, training, and internal mobility.
In 2010 , Sofia Nouri joined the United Nations in New York , where she coordinated recruitment and HR development initiatives for humanitarian operations in Africa and the Middle East.
In 2017 , she founded AFRICA TALENT ADVISORY , a firm specializing in executive search, HR consulting, and soft skills training. Based in Casablanca, the firm now supports organizations and leaders internationally, particularly in Africa, the Middle East, and the United States.
