Sofia Nouri is a Talent Management and Human Capital Strategy expert with over 25 years of experience operating across international and multicultural environments in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the United States.
She holds a background in Business Administration with a specialization in Communication and Marketing, complemented by a Master’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management. She began her career with the ACCOR Group in France, where she developed a strong foundation in brand positioning, customer experience, and operational excellence.
Upon returning to Morocco in 2004 , she joined Atlas Hospitality Hotels & Resorts as Marketing Manager, contributing to brand development and hotels expansion initiatives. She joined Roche’s North Africa leadership team as Events & Marketing Manager, handling all the events and supporting strategic positioning across the region.
In 2007 , she transitioned into the HR and organizational development field at Atento (a Telefónica subsidiary) as Communication & HR Development Manager. In this role, she led high-impact initiatives across recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and internal mobility, while designing and implementing robust internal communication frameworks aligned with business transformation objectives.
In 2010 , Sofia Nouri joined the United Nations Headquarters in New York , where she coordinated large-scale recruitment and HR development programs in support of humanitarian operations across Africa and the Middle East. Her work focused on talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development in complex and high-stakes environments.
In 2017 , she founded Africa Skills Consulting that became AFRICA TALENT ADVISORY , a Casablanca-based firm specializing in Executive Search, HR consulting, leadership advisory, and Soft Skills development. The firm partners with organizations, institutions, and senior leaders internationally, with a strong footprint across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.
